




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute batch scheduling in the dryer, ensuring quality control, workplace cleanliness, and order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of production scheduling and tipping 2. Quality control and batch tracking 3. Responsibility for workplace cleanliness and order Receive batch scheduling information for the dryer from the area supervisor. Ensure compliance with the daily dryer scheduling sequence and verify that correct codes pass through pre-cleaning. Coordinate tipping activities with the crew to advance production and meet scheduling requirements. Collect samples from wet batches entering pre-cleaning and send them to quality control. Maintain an updated board showing batches loaded into aeration silos and those remaining in hoppers. Coordinate internally with the drying operator regarding batches to be drawn from aeration silos to the dryer. Clearly understand the availability of aeration silos to receive new wet batches. Strictly weigh impurities from each batch passing through pre-cleaning. Accurately complete pre-cleaning production records. Keep the work area clean and orderly during and after pre-cleaning operations. Blow down the machine daily after each pre-cleaned batch. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary Education years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 18 and 55 years
