Molinera Naya Perú, a rice processing company, is seeking a Quality Analyst in Lambayeque who meets the following profile. **Requirements:** \- Engineer or technician in food industries, industrial engineering, chemistry, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within rice milling operations. \- Knowledge of various rice varieties. \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** \- Receive daily production schedules and verify the status of products undergoing drying, milling, aging, and reprocessing. \- Conduct analyses of paddy rice projections. \- Determine the type of packaging for finished products. \- Monitor quality parameters of rice according to its packaging. \- Validate and coordinate batches entering the aging process. \- Maintain up-to-date information and documentation. \- Supervise and ensure proper use and operation of laboratory equipment. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
