You are invited to join our family as a: **FIRST-LEVEL NSOC OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * University degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. **(Bachelor’s degree required)** * Minimum 1 year of experience performing NOC/SOC operator duties. * Availability to work rotating shifts is mandatory, 24x7. **(ON-SITE)** **Responsibilities:** * Customer and corporate technical support and assistance * Technical incident diagnosis and resolution * Proactive service monitoring * Detection and diagnosis of mass incidents * Case recurrence analysis – Service optimization * Ability to analyze network failures * Coordination of maintenance activities at customer sites – On-site technician support **Knowledge & Skills:** · Networking knowledge – CCNA certification **(PREFERRED)** · Security equipment knowledge – Firewall certification **(PREFERRED)** · Cybersecurity and ethical hacking knowledge **(PREFERRED)** · Monitoring tools: SNMP / NETFLOW **We value diversity and inclusion.
