If you are passionate about sales and fieldwork, this is your opportunity. ***Work Modality*** * 80% fieldwork * 20% office work ***Working Hours*** **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (lunch break: 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.) **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ***Compensation*** * **Fixed salary:** S/ 1,443 * **Commissions:** Up to S/ 800 monthly (based on objective achievement) ***Job Objective*** Provide support for commercial activities in the assigned area, monitor sales performance, and ensure achievement of established objectives. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Monitor achievement of sales and portability targets. * Prepare and analyze commercial reports. * Monitor performance of distribution channels. * Provide support to assigned channels and resolve incidents. * Meet company commercial targets and internal policies. ***Requirements*** * Technical or university education * **Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory).** * **Personal laptop required (mandatory).** * Availability for fieldwork. * Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills. ***We Offer*** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime, with all statutory benefits. * Fixed salary plus attractive commissions. * Ongoing training. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for growth and professional development.
