




LOCATION: VISTA ALEGRE SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 7:30AM TO 6PM Provide logistical and operational support in the management of resources, materials, and scheduling of technical activities, ensuring the proper execution of installations, maintenance, and other services provided to Claro Hogar program customers. The Logistics Assistant coordinates with technical staff, supervisors, and suppliers to guarantee the availability of supplies and efficient compliance with service schedules. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and tools required for installations (routers, decoders, cables, etc.). * Coordinate daily route planning and assignment of work orders to technical personnel. * Verify and file documentation generated in the field: installation records, guides, forms, etc. * Track work orders, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards established by Claro. * Assist in preparing productivity reports, logistical indicators, and operational management. * Maintain constant communication with technicians, supervisors, and administrative departments for smooth operations. * Manage the distribution and collection of personal protective equipment, tools, mobile phones, and other field-assigned assets. * Enter information into Claro's management platforms or other internal systems.
