You surely don’t want to miss out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Proficiency in **SAP S/4HANA**. * Expertise in On-Premise and HANA environments. * User, role, and permission management in **SAP ERP**. * Proficiency with monitoring and operations tools such as **SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)**. * Knowledge of SAP process administration and optimization: * Performance monitoring (**ST02, ST22, SM37, SM51, SM66, SM12, SM21**). * Background job administration (**scheduled jobs**). * Transport management and application of SAP Notes. * Homogeneous system copies in SAP environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements:** * Experience in access and security management for **SAP IAS and SCC**. * Experience in **automating SAP monitoring** via scripts or complementary tools. * Analytical ability to detect and resolve critical SAP incidents. **Desirable Certifications:** * **SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP Basis** (desirable, not mandatory). * ITIL Foundation (desirable, not mandatory). **Soft Skills:** * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and coordinate effectively with infrastructure and application teams. * High level of **proactivity and problem-solving capability** in production environments. * Effective communication skills for interacting with internal users and vendors. * Ability to **document processes and generate technical reports**. **Additional Information** Work Model: Hybrid (remote work and client’s office) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
