This person will work closely with the project coordinator, project manager, logistics officer, mine administrator, administrative assistant, and various teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and within budget. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor staff timekeeping and attendance. * Manage staff affiliations and authorizations for mine entry. * Carry out recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for plant shutdowns, mining operations, and projects. * Organize, update, and maintain orderly personnel and corporate documentation. * Process SCTR and other required staff insurance formalities. * Provide administrative support in preparing and tracking employment documentation. * Coordinate training planning and scheduling jointly with management. * Monitor compliance with staff documentary and safety requirements. * Coordinate staff onboarding, terminations, and contract renewals. * Maintain constant communication with operations, human resources, and management to ensure compliance with administrative requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in the field. * Availability to work in person in Trujillo city, Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturdays: 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of Office, Canva, and SUNAT website. **Benefits** * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment. * Lunch provided by the company. * Full payroll registration. **How to Apply?** Send your updated CV to: **administradortrujillo@sermep.com.pe** Or contact us via WhatsApp: **949 174 468** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,450.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
