Position Summary:
Supports HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, workplace climate, development, and report preparation.

Main Responsibilities
* Support HR recruitment and selection processes.
* Conduct resume screening and coordinate interviews.
* Administer and assist in interpreting psychological assessments, as applicable and under supervision.
* Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
* Collaborate in activities related to workplace climate, employee well-being, and staff integration.
* Support the organization of training sessions and development activities.
* Update personnel databases and employee files.
* Prepare HR-related reports and indicators.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
* Provide support in other tasks assigned by the Human Resources department.
Requirements
* Student in the final cycles of a Psychology program.
* Interest in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes is desirable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Organizational and planning abilities.
* Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment.
* Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
* High ethical standards and strong sense of confidentiality.
WORK 4 HOURS PER DAY, 3 TIMES PER WEEK
