We are looking for a **Senior Civil Engineer** **On-site Mode \- Trujillo, Peru.** **Responsibilities:** * Plan and direct construction projects. * Manage budgets and overall costs. * Lead multidisciplinary teams. * Make strategic construction decisions. * Supervise contractual compliance. * Negotiate with suppliers and contractors. * Manage project risks. * Approve progress payments and work advances. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations. * Optimize construction processes. * Prepare executive reports for senior management. * Coordinate with departments and key stakeholders. * Propose strategic improvements in project management. * Other duties consistent with the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor **Requirements** * Degree and professional license in Civil Engineering. * 5 years of experience in construction execution and leadership. * Project management (PMI certification preferred) or construction experience. * End-to-end project management * Cost and budget management * Strategic planning * Knowledge of slabs and structural topics * AutoCAD, Excel (intermediate \- advanced). * MS Project (intermediate – advanced) * ERP (NISIRA preferred). **Benefits** * SCTR. * Ongoing training. * Benefits via the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career path.
