Position Summary: We are seeking Personal Banking Supervisors – Payroll-Deductible Credit Officers to lead high-performing teams, motivate, supervise, and ensure achievement of commercial targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate personal credit sales teams. 2. Ensure achievement of weekly and monthly commercial targets. 3. Ongoing training in leadership and commercial management. Currently, we provide enterprise and individual product sales services for Banco BCP; therefore, we are seeking Personal Banking Supervisors – Payroll-Deductible Credit Officers (Essalud, PNP, and Peruvian Army) who wish to lead high-performing teams at PLAZA TRUJILLO. Your main challenge: * Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales advisors (personal credits). * Ensure achievement of weekly and monthly commercial targets. * Accompany your team in the field and in the office to strengthen their prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. * Monitor the management of assigned databases and correct application of internal processes. * Generate progress and strategy reports to optimize results. What we seek in you: * Minimum 1 year of experience leading sales teams in the financial sector (mandatory). * Knowledge of credit origination and banking processes. * Ability to instruct and train a team on products and required procedures. * Leadership ability, team motivation skills, and results orientation. * Strong interpersonal relationship management and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to perform hybrid work: field activities and database management. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Personal laptop and home internet access.
