If you have no prior experience in this field, don’t worry—we will train you! We are looking for someone eager to learn the business from scratch, full of energy to move around, and aiming to become an expert sales advisor within the medium term. **Main Responsibilities** **During the learning phase (First months):** * **Ongoing training:** Learn sales techniques, customer service skills, and technical knowledge of the optical field (types of lenses, frames, etc.). * **Inventory and display management:** Retrieve frames to show customers, suggest options, and return them to their designated places to maintain consistent display order. * **Customer service and follow-up:** Call or message customers to notify them that their orders are ready for pickup. * **Operational tasks and errands:** Deliver and collect work from the laboratory/workshop (a dynamic task requiring walking within a one-block radius) and organize pending orders. * **Store maintenance:** Perform daily quick and general cleaning of the optical store, and clean the air conditioning unit (once every two weeks). **Medium/long-term (After mastering the role):** * **Cash handling and invoicing:** Issue receipts and invoices under supervision of the manager/optometrist, handle cash, and reconcile the register at the end of each day. * **Independent sales:** Manage pricing, apply feedback to independently close sales and exceed minimum thresholds to earn commissions. **Candidate Requirements** * **Gender:** Female (Mandatory requirement). * **Profile:** A proactive, dynamic woman with excellent customer interaction skills (conveying warmth and trust). * **Physical stamina:** Energy to remain constantly on the move (traveling between locations to complete workshop-related errands). * **Experience:** No prior experience in optical stores is required; however, strong motivation to learn and commitment are essential. **Terms and Benefits** * **Initial base salary:** S/ 1\.300 per month during the learning period. * **Economic growth:** Once sales and operational autonomy is achieved, the base salary will be subject to statutory increases and an **attractive commission system** will be activated for exceeding sales targets. * **Development:** Comprehensive training in a highly profitable field and job stability.
