Position Summary: Carry out cutting, processing, and handling activities for sintered stone and architectural surfaces, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. On-the-job training and career development **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Execute cutting, processing, conditioning, and handling activities for sintered stone, marble, and large-format architectural surfaces, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, productivity targets, and safety requirements established by the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate cutting machinery and equipment for sintered stone, marble, and large-format materials. * Perform cuts according to drawings, production orders, and technical specifications. * Carry out measurement, layout marking, and dimensional verification processes for components. * Perform finishing, drilling, recessing, and conditioning operations as required by the project. * Handle fragile and large-format materials appropriately to prevent damage and material loss. * Assist in loading, unloading, and internal transportation of slabs within the plant. * Conduct visual quality inspections before, during, and after the production process. * Identify and report defects, damages, or deviations in materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with company policies, occupational health and safety guidelines, environmental regulations, physical security protocols, and proper storage practices. * Meet production schedules established by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience handling sintered stone, marble, granite, quartz, or large-format architectural surfaces is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production plants, cutting workshops, or material processing facilities. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (mid-year and year-end bonuses, CTS deposits in May/November, paid vacation, profit-sharing, and others). * Enrollment in Life Insurance under Law and SCTR from day one. * Pleasant working environment. * On-the-job training and career development. * Competitive market-aligned salary. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:30; Saturdays: 08:00–13:00 Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
