Job responsibilities: Daily recording of purchases and sales. Validation of receipts. Payment of tax withholdings. Monthly IGV and income tax settlement. Assistance in the preparation of Financial Statements. Support during audit processes. Scheduling supplier payments. Accounts receivable analysis. Accounts payable analysis. Expense provisioning. Assistance in the preparation of Transporter Shipping Guides. Fixed asset account analysis. Bank reconciliations. Cash flow analysis. Filing of PDT 621 and monthly PDT Plame. Assistance in monthly payroll processing. Monitoring employee contract preparation and expiration dates. Providing information and responding to employee inquiries. Conducting recruitment processes according to required positions. Preparation and calculation of severance social benefits. Handling procedures before public agencies (Municipalities, SUNAT, SUNAFIL, SUNARP). Skills and competencies Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (desirable). Proficiency in CONCAR accounting software. Assertive communication. Ability to work under pressure. Organization and high attention to detail. Conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of current labor regulations. Knowledge of tax regulations. Requirements Graduated technical professional in Accounting. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Age between 25 and 35 years old. Residence in Moche (desirable). Work mode and schedule Mode: On-site Schedule: Full Time Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Break: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) Work location: Moche Benefits: Employment contract under MYPE regime.
