We are looking for an experienced GPS Monitoring Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in the use of GPS devices and will be able to work independently and as part of the IT team. Responsibilities: \- Monitor GPS devices to track vehicle and asset locations. \- Generate reports on the location and movement of vehicles and assets. \- Draft emails and other documents related to GPS monitoring. \- Work rotating shifts, including weekends (depending on scheduling). \- Have at least 6 months of experience using GPS devices. \- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office. \- Configure hardware and software applications. \- Install and maintain peripherals. \- Handle customer and colleague inquiries. \- Support purchasing and upgrading new equipment. \- Assist in installations of new structured cabling, video surveillance cameras, computing equipment, and technological devices. \- Follow up on requirements and services generated by the systems department. \- Document processes and procedures for the IT department. \- Train and assist users in the proper use of software and hardware.
