Job Summary: We are seeking a Hot Line Cook to prepare and cook food, verify its quality and freshness, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate orders. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area and equipment. **HOT LINE COOK** **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Technical degree in Gastronomy or related field. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Knowledge of food preparation and presentation. * One year of experience in a kitchen or similar position. * Must reside in La Esperanza, near Manuel Arévalo. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and cook food following established recipes and quality standards. * Verify the quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients before use. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area and kitchen equipment. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Coordinate timely preparation and delivery of orders. * Assist in monitoring kitchen supplies and inventory, reporting shortages as needed. * Collaborate with other kitchen departments to ensure efficient operations. * Preparation of dishes (e.g., Sudado, Parihuela, Chicken Wings, and other dishes). * Accumulated work schedule of 48 hours per week, morning shift. **BENEFITS**: \- Positive work environment. \- Microenterprise benefits. \- Location: Plaza de Armas de Manuel Arévalo \- La Esperanza. **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment Salary: Starting at S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
