We are looking for 01 Process Analyst: **Responsibilities** * Develop process maps. * Develop and implement management indicators. * Develop documentation such as policies, procedures, manuals, instructions, and others. * Develop schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring project execution. * Conduct periodic audits to ensure processes adhere to established standards. * Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Other related tasks. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Two (02) years of minimum experience as a process leader. * Advanced level of Excel knowledge. * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Bizagi, Power BI, and Figma. * Desirable specialization in process management or project management. * Desired knowledge in UX and UI design. * Desirable knowledge in artificial intelligence tools. **Benefits** * Temporary employment contract under mype regime. * Market-competitive salary.
