Assistant Machinist

Job Summary: We are seeking an assistant machinist to support machine preparation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring precision and order throughout the machining process. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on precision, attention to detail, and operational discipline. **Requirements**: * Age 20 to 35 years * Completed secondary education or technical training. * Knowledge of conventional lathes and cutting tools. **Competencies**: * Basic operation of lathes and machining tools. * Use of measuring instruments. * Precision and attention to detail * Responsibility and operational discipline. **Responsibilities:** a. Assist the machinist in machine preparation and operation. b. Receive, transport, and organize materials prepared for machining processes as instructed by the Machinist. c. Assist in clamping, positioning, and removing parts from machines under the direct supervision of the Machinist. d. Visually inspect material condition before and after machining, reporting any anomalies detected. e. Prepare and provide required tools, accessories, clamping devices, and measuring instruments for turning, milling, planing, threading, and drilling operations. f. Monitor and report machine operating status. g. Collaborate in cleaning machined parts and removing chips during and after the process. h. Maintain daily cleanliness and order in the assigned work area, tools, and equipment. i. Respect and follow established safety protocols. j.
