We are seeking top talent to grow as: **BISTRO KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- RESIDENCIAL EL GOLF** **Job Mission:** Provide operational and administrative support to the Store Manager, ensuring proper functioning of assigned areas, compliance with operational standards, and appropriate customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare assigned dishes with optimal quality and presentation according to the assigned area. * Master storage and production temperatures for cold products. * Know types of cuts for fruits, vegetables, fish, and seafood. * Daily labeling of merchandise according to established procedures. * Inspect refrigerated and frozen chambers to monitor merchandise temperature. Report surplus and available inventory to the Chef for reuse, ensuring proper utilization. * Perform opening and closing tasks as published in the duties and schedule roster. * Follow standard recipes precisely, per the published technical specifications. * Understand and fulfill tasks assigned in each published service order. * Collaborate closely and actively with kitchen staff. **Requirements:** * One year of culinary experience. * Availability for rotating shifts (opening, closing, holidays, and weekends). **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Career path. * Continuous training in store operations and management. * Excellent work environment.
