We are seeking a proactive Kitchen Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * **Food preparation (mise en place):** Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables, meats, and fish according to instructions. * **Assistance to the Chef:** Mix ingredients, prepare dressings and sauces, and assist in final plating. * **Cleaning and order:** Maintain immaculate cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and work areas. * **Warehouse management:** Assist in receiving goods and organizing food items in the warehouse, refrigerator, or freezer. * **Safety and hygiene:** Strictly comply with food handling and safety regulations to ensure quality and safety. **Schedule:** * Monday to Sunday: 08:00 am \- 05:00 pm * Thursday off. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this position. * Knowledge of basic cutting and food preparation techniques. * Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Teamwork skills and ability to maintain a positive work environment. * Commitment to cleanliness, order, and food hygiene and safety standards.
