Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to supervise and coordinate comprehensive cleaning services at SENATI Trujillo, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards. Preparation of service reports and summaries We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee comprehensive cleaning services at SENATI Trujillo. Requirements Preferably reside in the city of Trujillo. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Comprehensive Cleaning Supervisor in public and/or private institutions. Valid work certificates or other documents verifying experience. Experience supervising operational staff and coordinating cleaning services. Proficiency in preparing reports, attendance tracking, and incident management. Availability to work during the scheduled hours. Working Hours Monday to Saturday 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate assigned cleaning staff. Verify compliance with procedures, schedules, and quality standards. Monitor attendance, presence, and performance of staff. Coordinate with the client regarding service requests and incidents. Prepare service reports and summaries. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Propose improvement actions to guarantee proper service execution.
