The selected candidate will participate in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of web applications, working on both frontend and backend, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain full-stack web applications. * Implement features on both frontend and backend. * Design and integrate APIs and web services. * Optimize application performance and security. * Collaborate with other team members in defining technical solutions. * Conduct testing, bug fixes, and continuous software improvements. * Document developments and technical processes. **Technical Requirements** * Backend development experience with **Java** and **Python**. * Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Experience with frontend frameworks or libraries (React, Angular, Vue, or others). * Proficiency in relational and/or non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). * Experience consuming and developing REST APIs. * Basic knowledge of version control (Git). * Ability to apply sound programming practices. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Flask, etc.). * Experience with deployment tools or cloud environments. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Soft Skills** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Organization and accountability. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. **We Offer** * Fixed working hours, Monday to Friday. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth and learning. * Market-competitive compensation.
