**MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FLEXIBLE PACKAGING INDUSTRY** **Job Description** An industrial company in the **flexible packaging sector** is seeking a Maintenance Technician with solid experience in plastic conversion equipment, responsible for ensuring plant operational continuity through the execution of **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** on critical machinery. The position directly involves equipment such as **extruders, sealers, flexographic printers, laminators, cutters, blow-molding machines, injection molding machines, peripherals**, and other auxiliary systems linked to the production process. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical maintenance** on production equipment. * Diagnose, analyze, and repair faults in **sealers, printers, laminators, extruders, blow-molding machines, injection molding machines, cutters, and peripherals**. * Carry out, document, and report activities outlined in the established **maintenance plan** (preventive, corrective, and predictive). * Propose technical improvements aimed at increasing **operational efficiency, reducing unplanned downtime**, and optimizing the production process. * Ensure compliance with **industrial safety standards**, internal procedures, and **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. **Requirements** * Graduate Technician in **Electromechanics**. * Minimum **2 years of industrial maintenance experience**, preferably in the **plastics or flexible packaging industry**. * Demonstrable knowledge and experience with equipment for **sealing, flexographic printing, lamination, extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, and auxiliary machinery**. * Ability to work under pressure, with **results orientation and problem-solving skills**. * Availability to work on-site and respond to operational incidents.
