Position Summary:
We are seeking an OSH Preventionist to supervise and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations on implementation and renovation projects, managing documentation and risks.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an OSH Preventionist, OSH Specialist, or SSOMA professional on implementation, renovation, or construction projects—preferably in the retail sector.
Experience conducting field supervision of contractor activities and controlling on-site safety conditions.
Knowledge of developing and monitoring ATS, IPERC, work permits, inspections, and OSH reports.
Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health regulations applicable to construction and store implementation projects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations during the execution of construction implementation at the site.
Verify correct use of PPE by personnel and contractors in the field, as well as adherence to safe work procedures.
Conduct daily safety inspections on site, identifying unsafe acts and conditions, and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare, review, and manage site safety documentation: ATS, IPERC, work permits, 5-minute safety talks, OSH reports and records.
Supervise high-risk activities such as working at heights, hot work, use of electrical tools, maneuvers, or other critical operations, according to site requirements.
Provide safety inductions to personnel entering the site and continuously reinforce preventive measures in the field.
Report incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety findings, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Verify order, cleanliness, signage, and demarcation of work zones to ensure safe conditions during implementation.
Ensure contractor personnel possess required documentation for site entry and continued presence, per established guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, site supervisors, and department heads to uphold safety standards throughout project execution.
Issue progress reports on site safety status, promptly alerting stakeholders to critical risks or non-compliances.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
· Contract via Honorarium Receipt
· Project duration: 3 months, extendable to 4 months depending on project needs
· Working hours: 8 hours per day
· Work location: Mall Plaza Trujillo Shopping Center
Salary: Up to S/.2,700\.00 per month
