Position Summary: We are seeking a Tax Audit Assistant to manage tax defense, conduct internal preventive audits, and ensure tax compliance while optimizing the tax burden. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages tax defense and preventive audits. 2. Ensures tax compliance and technical writing. 3. Analyzes tax strategy and tax burden optimization. A leading Peruvian company engaged in the exploration, exploitation, processing, marketing, and export of anthracite coal is currently seeking the following position: TAX AUDIT ASSISTANT WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU FACE? \- Tax Defense Management: Lead the preparation, numbering, and custody of case files to respond to SUNAT requests, ensuring the authenticity of each transaction. \- Preventive Internal Audit: Conduct periodic audits to identify contingencies, estimate potential fines, and implement controls prior to actual tax audits. \- Tax Compliance: Review monthly tax returns (IGV, Income Tax, Withholdings, Perceptions) and electronic accounting records (PLE/SIRE). \- Technical Writing: Prepare formal responses to the Tax Administration supported by applicable laws and regulations. \- Tax Strategy: Analyze changes in tax legislation to optimize the tax burden and calculate municipal taxes (Property Tax/Service Fees). \- Operational Research: Promote investigative actions to verify the traceability of company transactions. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? \- Education: Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles, with strong emphasis on handling tax audits and tax auditing. \- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Tax Code, IGV Law, and Income Tax Law. Advanced proficiency in SIRE. \- Stability: Demonstrable and stable employment history (Mandatory). \- Residence: Preferably residing in Salaverry, Trujillo, or areas with easy access to the office location.
