Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber-optic Internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Post-Sales Engineer \- Telecommunications**. What are the main responsibilities? * Managing warranty coverage for correct implementation, operationality, and service continuity with corporate clients. * Providing post-sales assistance and support. * Managing SLAs and service quality. * Client retention and development. What are we looking for? * Engineering graduate in Telecommunications, Systems, or Electronics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of IP and TCP/IP networks, FTTH architectures, OLT and ONT equipment, network incident diagnosis and resolution, basic configuration of enterprise routers (Mikrotik preferred), monitoring and ticketing tools, and ability to read and interpret availability and performance metrics. * Leadership qualities, service-oriented attitude, dynamism, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
