Job Summary: We are seeking a Land Manager – Negotiator to collect accurate data and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners in infrastructure and engineering projects. We are currently seeking new talent who share our purpose to join our team as a Land Manager – Negotiator, to precisely collect data in the project’s designated area and thereby reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants. **Responsibilities:** * Motorcycle patrols along electrical transmission lines to monitor encroachments within easement corridors. * Collect documentation verifying land ownership within the project area. * Inform direct and indirect stakeholders about the characteristics of the project to be developed in the area or the need to deliver the service. * Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants (land parcels). * Report progress to immediate supervisor using prescribed formats. * Process and/or support payments to negotiated landowners and/or occupants. * Follow up on concluded negotiations to confirm agreement implementation. * Ensure efficient use of allocated resources. * Ensure efficient use of assigned transportation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Technician. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and georeferenced graphic database software. * Personal motorcycle required. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, respectful interpersonal conduct, good writing skills, and ability to work under pressure. Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
