We are **IBENTEL SAC**, a company dedicated to the Design and Implementation of Electromechanical Projects (BMS-LV), Electronic Security, and Telecommunications, currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **COST AND BUDGET ENGINEER - RETAIL**: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **(Essential).** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the office, banking, shopping mall, retail, or industrial sectors. (Mandatory). * Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems: normal, stabilized, power systems, electrical panels, UPS, transformers, and structured cabling. * Knowledge of HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical exhaust). * Proficiency in tools: **AutoCAD, Delfin Express, Advanced Excel, MS Project**. * Ability to prepare budgets, technical reports, valuations, and official documentation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct field technical visits for data collection, measurements, and technical coordination with clients. * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations for low-voltage electrical, HVAC, and communication system projects. * Develop unit price analyses (UPAs) based on quantity takeoffs and technical specifications. * Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated technical information and quotations for electrical and mechanical materials. * Design and update direct and indirect cost templates for each project. * Participate in initial project planning (schedule, material list, logistics). * Evaluate the profitability of proposed projects by optimizing resources without compromising quality. * Support the execution team with technical and budgetary information during the early stages of the project. **COMPETENCIES:** * Technical and economic analysis of electromechanical projects. * Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. * Strong communication and direct interaction with clients and suppliers. * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, logistics, construction). * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. * Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Ongoing training and learning within a multidisciplinary and collaborative work environment.
