We are currently seeking new talent to fill the position of **MECHANICAL DESIGNER**. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in the role. * Knowledge of project management based on PMBOK (desirable). * Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, including AutoCAD, REVIT, SAP2000, and ANSYS, among others. **WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU?** * Project information gathering. * Operation of measurement instruments: tape measure, vernier caliper, laser tape measure, laser level, and 3D scanner. * Familiarity with industry regulations and standards: ISO, DIN, ASME, and Peruvian Technical Standards. * Designing and optimizing projects in 3D models. * Developing drawings according to organizational standards. * Reviewing drawings with various departments across the organization. * Supervising fabrication and project execution. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment under Peru’s MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise) regime, including all statutory benefits. * Biweekly and timely salary payments. * A dynamic work environment. * Career development path.
