Construction Supervision Engineer - Trujillo

**Position:** Construction Supervisor **Profile:** Licensed Civil Engineer **Experience:** Minimum 05 years since licensure **Requirement:** 05 years of experience in sanitation works including: * Elevated reservoir. * Water supply and sewage pumping lines. * Sewage collectors. * Drinking water pumping station. * Civil works for wastewater booster chamber. **Responsibilities:** ***At the beginning of the project:*** * Review the project, technical specifications, budgets, contracts, and official procedures, ensuring proper understanding and preparation for execution. * Lead site meetings and prepare supervision reports to coordinate activities and align objectives among involved parties. * Inform about the organization's anti-bribery code of ethics and promote its compliance among staff. * Ensure all team members verify and update their technical and documentary information on drive or other management platforms. ***During project execution:*** * Warn about unsafe acts and report incidents to the immediate supervisor, prioritizing prevention and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). * Verify materials, material testing, and construction processes according to established quality standards (e.g., compaction tests, pressure and tightness tests on networks). * Monitor physical progress, report irregularities, and review monthly valuations. * Participate in site meetings, follow up on minutes, and compare scheduled versus actual progress. * Implement Management Plans (quality, safety, environment) and keep information updated for periodic reports to the client and organization. * Release technical protocols and communicate results and progress to the client and project managers. * Prepare project final settlement and collect required technical and documentary annexes. * Establish and coordinate programs for technical review and acceptance of constructed networks and structures. ***At project completion:*** * Participate in project handover and prepare the completion act with the client and competent authorities. * Keep technical and administrative information updated for the final report and manage possible client observations or complaints. * Assume OHSMS responsibilities and report any incident or accident recorded during closure. * Ensure proper verification and document closure on drive or other platforms. ***Municipal Inspection Service:*** * Support and accompany the Municipal Inspector (IMP) or competent authority in their duties and technical visits. * Coordinate visits and prepare the technical and administrative information required by the IMP or regulatory entity. **Working Hours:** ⏰ Monday to Friday from 07:30 am to 05:00 pm ⏰ Saturdays from 07:30 am to 01:00 pm **Office Location:** Calle Cinco 111 \- San Isidro \- Lima **Project Location:** Alto Salaverry \-Trujillo **Contract:** 06 months **Remuneration:** From S/6,000 to S/7,000 gross monthly salary. **Company regime type:** REMYPE \- Microenterprise **Benefits (only those indicated):** * Fifteen (15\) days of vacation (per year) * SIS affiliation (if currently affiliated with EsSalud, such affiliation will be canceled and SIS MYPE affiliation will proceed) Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.7,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
