Review accounting records, cash flow, revenues, and expenditures. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Supervise mine operational costs. Manage tax obligations and accounting compliance with SUNAT. Perform bank reconciliations and accounting analysis. Control fixed assets and depreciation. Coordinate internal and external audits. Prepare financial reports. Support in bank reconciliations. Lead, guide, and supervise assigned Accounting Assistants in recording transactions and other necessary tasks. Requirements: Certified Public Accountant. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in general accounting. **Essential experience in the mining sector.** Knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and tax regulations.
