Project timeline and budget management **Job Description** ---------------------- Responsible for project coordination and delivery, ensuring Mallplaza's timelines, costs, and standards are met. 1\. Generate, maintain, and control all relevant project information, working directly with the corresponding departments. 2\. Maintain internal project coordination to ensure consistency of actions and compliance with internally established project requirements. 3\. Generate and maintain project traceability, ensuring proper safeguarding and availability of information. 4\. Ensure coordination and direct engagement with internal and external project suppliers, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. 5\. Coordinate periodic follow-up meetings to review project progress and development. 6\. Ensure adherence to defined timelines and budgets for each project. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (mandatory). * Proficiency in Revit (desirable). * Technical knowledge of project administration.
