Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to diagnose, schedule, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicle fleets, ensuring operational readiness of units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle fleet diagnosis and maintenance. 2. Supervision of regulatory compliance and quality standards. 3. Collaboration in resource management and technical support. What Is Your Challenge? ✔ Diagnose, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet (engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and chassis), ensuring replacement of defective parts and adherence to mechanical standards to guarantee unit operability. ✔ Monitor vehicle mileage, manage technical inspections, and ensure all activities comply with current laws, internal regulations, and quality and hygiene standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\), maintaining workshop order and cleanliness. ✔ Safeguard and optimize use of assigned resources, preparing situational technical reports and control documentation (checklists and records) to facilitate decision-making and efficient maintenance budget management. ✔ Provide support in drafting technical specifications for outsourcing services, verify conformity of work performed by third parties, and deliver on-road mechanical assistance when required. Requirements What Are We Looking For In You? **✔ Education:** Mechanical Technician or Automotive Mechanical-Electrical Technician. **✔ Experience:** 1 year in vehicle maintenance roles. **✔ Knowledge:** Technical or specialized knowledge. ✔ Class A2B or A1 driver’s license, valid for at least one year. ✔ Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week, totaling 48 hours per week.
