Positive work environment Our company is currently seeking a **Professional Intern** in **Architecture**, eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally in a positive work environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree candidate in **Architecture**. * Solid knowledge of architectural drafting and construction details. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting specialty drawings. * Knowledge of construction materials, building systems, and architectural design principles. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in creating 3D animations and virtual walkthroughs. * Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent BIM software. * Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, V\-Ray, or similar. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and update architectural drawings for various project phases. * Develop architectural and construction details according to specified requirements. * Model projects in 3D for design, evaluation, and presentation. * Generate photorealistic interior and exterior renders. * Prepare technical files and graphical project documentation. * Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure drawing compatibility. * Support the development of architectural proposals and commercial presentations. **BENEFITS** * Continuous training and professional mentoring. * Career path opportunity.
