**LQM Research and Development Analyst:**
**Profile**:
* Reside in Trujillo.
* Rotating shifts (morning/night).
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
* Minimum 1.5 years as a Mineral Sample Analyst in a Chemical Laboratory and/or 2 years in the minerals sector.
* Knowledge of sample preparation.
* Knowledge of Gold and Silver analysis by fire assay.
* Knowledge of metal analysis in minerals by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.
* Knowledge of metallurgical testing. (Desirable)
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate with other departments to implement improvements.
* Analyze metal grade test results and generate technical reports for decision-making.
* Identify innovation opportunities in chemical analysis, processes, and services to develop solutions.
* Establish clear daily goals and motivate the team, aligning their performance with corporate values and sample analysis objectives.
* Comply with operational and corporate standards to ensure process conformity with applicable internal and external requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring traceability, regulatory validity, and information availability.
* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
