If you are an analytical professional with strategic vision, leadership capability, and solid experience in this field, we want you to join our team! **Job Objective or Summary** Plan, control, and supervise comprehensive inventory management to ensure product availability, record accuracy, stock optimization, and loss reduction—directly contributing to business profitability and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Maintain the inventory system up to date and ensure information reliability and accuracy. * Conduct, lead, and coordinate periodic physical inventories and internal audits. * Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. * Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder point levels for products. * Coordinate with the procurement department to avoid stockouts or overstocking. * Prepare strategic reports and management indicators (KPIs) for the Operations Manager. * Supervise correct product coding, classification, and physical location. * Closely monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, obsolete, or stagnant items. * Design and implement internal procedures to prevent losses, shrinkage, theft, or deterioration of goods. * Train, guide, and actively supervise staff involved in inventory handling (e.g., Inventory Assistant). * Ensure strict compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in warehouses and storage areas. **Job Requirements** * **Academic Degree:** Technical or University graduate in *Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields*. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years leading or performing inventory control, warehouse, or logistics functions. * **Industry Experience:** Prior experience in hardware stores, construction materials, industrial warehouses, and/or similar sectors is mandatory. * **Leadership:** Experience supervising and coordinating personnel under supervision *(highly desirable)*. * **Computer Skills:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel**, and expertise in **ERP systems** or specialized inventory software. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Advanced inventory management and strategic inventory control. * Product catalog coding, classification, and structuring. * Basic technical knowledge of hardware and construction materials. **Work Environment and Conditions** * **Salary:** To be determined / Negotiable based on evaluation and experience. * General labor regime * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment * Career development path **How to Apply?** If you meet the profile and are ready to assume leadership of our stock management, please send your updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) to: Mobile: **968682192** Email: **reclutamiento@losgigantes.com.pe**, subject line: **INVENTORY MANAGER**.
