Proactively detecting and correcting risky actions A leading transportation company in the northern region of the country is seeking a **Security Agent \- Trujillo** MISSION: To continuously and uninterruptedly provide and carry out observation, surveillance, protection, and preventive control activities aimed at risk detection. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Treat users with utmost courtesy, friendliness, and politeness, providing guidance regarding schedules and services. * Maintain the integrity of corporate assets. * Ensure a peaceful and tranquil environment during the performance of duties and services provided by the Company. * Fully utilize personal capability and initiative to detect and correct risky actions that may jeopardize the normal operation of the Company's activities. * Respond to real-time video surveillance alerts. * Control all authorized and enabled access points for passenger and staff movement within the assigned area of responsibility. REQUIREMENTS: * Availability for rotating shifts (12-hour work schedule). * Residence in Trujillo. * Minimum education: Completed Secondary School. * Knowledge in security topics, first aid, and accident prevention. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
