Currently, we are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. **JOB PROFILE** * Technical graduate in Industrial Administration, Production, Industrial Processes, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability and sound judgment for decision-making. * Organized, responsible, and eager to learn. * Ability to work in teams and under pressure. * Prior experience in industrial plants or graphic sector companies is desirable. * Residency in Santa Anita, Vitarte, El Agustino, or nearby areas. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support monitoring, tracking, and recording of production processes. * Coordinate with the warehouse department for proper supply and use of materials. * Verify correct usage of supplies, materials, and tools. * Assist in quality control of products during production and upon completion. * Record production progress and report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures.
