We are currently seeking a **Cost and Budget Coordinator Engineer – Retail**, responsible for leading and controlling cost, budget, and valuation management for retail projects—particularly shopping centers and highly complex commercial buildings—ensuring economic efficiency and achievement of project objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, and control construction budgets and cost estimates. * Coordinate and supervise measurement processes, unit price analysis, and valuations. * Monitor and control costs during project execution. * Manage change orders, deductions, and contractual change control. * Prepare budgetary control reports and project economic forecasts. * Coordinate with technical office, operations, and supervision teams to ensure proper cost management. * Participate in tendering processes, comparative analyses, and economic evaluation of proposals. Requirements: * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer** * Minimum 6 years of general project experience * At least 4 years of specific experience in similar cost and budget roles. * **Mandatory experience in retail projects**, particularly shopping centers, department stores, or commercial buildings. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, valuations, and contractual administration. * Proficiency in measurement, unit price analysis, and budgetary control. * Solid knowledge of project planning and control. * Proficiency in cost and budgeting tools and software. * High level of organization, analytical ability, and coordination capacity.
