Job Summary: Grupo Pimentel is seeking a Tire Supervisor with experience in tire inspection, monitoring, performance reporting, and identifying operational improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform tire inspection and monitoring 2. Generate tire performance reports 3. Identify problems and improvement opportunities Grupo Pimentel, Peru’s largest tire distributor with over 59 years in the market, dedicated to the sale of automotive parts and accessories, as well as vehicle maintenance and repair, is seeking a “Tire Supervisor” with one (1) year of verifiable experience and immediate availability to work: Requirements: \- Technical graduate in Administration or Mechanics. \- One (1) year of experience as a Tire Supervisor. \- Knowledge of tires, occupational health and safety, and use of tools and machinery. \- Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint). \- Training courses on tire control, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) equipment operation, and VBOX. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform tire inspection and monitoring. \- Generate tire performance reports and comparative analyses against others. \- Provide cost-per-hour comparisons for operations. \- Review and identify operational improvement opportunities. \- Generate incident reports regarding tire removal from operations. \- Identify potential operational problems. \- Monitor tire performance and wear. \- Carry out other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
