




Our personal injury law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a **Client Care Coordinator** to support our clients and ensure they receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, resolving concerns, and helping clients feel heard and supported. If you excel at communication, problem\-solving, and collaboration, we’d love to meet you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Client Support:** Serve as a main point of contact for clients, including those who may be upset or dissatisfied. Approach every situation with empathy, patience, and professionalism. * **Issue Resolution:** Evaluate and resolve client complaints in an efficient, organized manner. Manage multiple issues at once and determine priorities based on urgency. * **Communication \& Expectations:** Communicate clearly with clients, help manage expectations, and set boundaries when appropriate. * **Feedback \& Service Quality:** Collect client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and help implement initiatives—such as client satisfaction surveys—to enhance service quality. * **Internal Collaboration:** Partner closely with attorneys and staff to ensure client concerns are addressed quickly and thoroughly. Advocate for clients and help maintain a consistent standard of care across the firm. * **CRM Management:** Use CRM tools to track interactions, log updates, and maintain accurate records of all communications. * **Firm Integration:** Learn our firm’s processes and culture. Contribute to strategies that elevate our client experience and strengthen long\-term client retention. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in a client support or retention\-related role * Strong problem\-solving ability with success resolving client issues * Excellent verbal and written communication * Experience using CRM platforms * Ability to work well with attorneys and other team members * Genuine interest in personal injury law and client service **Position Details** * **Job Type:** Full\-time, Remote * **Salary:** $700–$800 USD monthly (paid biweekly) * **Hours:** 8:30am–5:30pm PST (must be able to work Pacific Standard Time) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From S/.2,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your desired monthly salary in USD? * How much time do you have building client relationships ? in which industries?
