Job Summary: LOGISTICALS S.A. is seeking an IT Technician for technical support and operations, performing maintenance, configuration, and repair of computer equipment, as well as documentation management. LOGISTICALS S.A., a leading company in the technology services sector, requires hiring an **IT TECHNICIAN** to join our technical support and operations team. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies in Computer Science and/or Systems. * Minimum 2 years of work experience in Technical Support areas. * Knowledge of computer assembly, configuration, and performance enhancement. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing computers and printers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office and others). * Availability to work in TRUJILLO**.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks related to computer equipment. * Maintenance and configuration of projectors. * Generation of service reports (reporting). * Responsible management and follow-up of assigned tasks. * Maintain order, records, and control of documentation related to Technical Support and Operations activities. **We Offer:** * RxH * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
