Professional development at an authorized service center High Techno World, a leading IT services company and authorized service center for top technology firms, is seeking a **PC and PRINTER Support Technician** at its **Trujillo branch.** **Requirements**: * Technical degree in Computing, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing computer and printing equipment. * Willingness to travel outside the city of residence (mines). * Physically fit for travel. **Responsibilities:** * Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of computer and printing equipment * Accurate and efficient interaction with users * Installation of computer and printing equipment * Conduct internal testing of computer and printing equipment * Inform users about equipment faults and repairs * Ensure equipment functionality in front of users * Generate and obtain user confirmation in reports * Generate and collect evidence of all service interventions * Laboratory organization and maintenance * Inventory management of spare parts, equipment, and laboratory tools * Monitoring and control of repaired equipment performance **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm * Formal employment contract from day one (general regime) * On-site work in La Esperanza District – Trujillo * Corporate benefits **We look forward to welcoming you to this new challenge at HTW!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in maintenance and repair of computer equipment?
