Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced hardware support technician to diagnose and repair equipment, ranging from laptops to projectors. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance and repair of printers, projectors, and computers. 2. Installation of operating systems, drivers, and configuration of basic networks. 3. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve problems under pressure. We are looking for a proactive technician with proven experience in hardware support to join our team. If you are an expert at diagnosing and repairing everything from laptops to projectors, we want to meet you! **What profile are we looking for?** * **Printers:** Experience in preventive/corrective maintenance and repair (inkjet, laser systems, replacement parts). * **Projectors:** Cleaning of optical components, lamp replacement, and fault diagnosis. * **Computers:** Repair and maintenance of desktops and laptops, assembly, component replacement, and hardware optimization. * **Software:** Installation of operating systems, drivers, and configuration of basic networks. **Requirements:** * Technical training in computing, information technology, or electronics. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve problems under pressure. **We Offer:** * Timely payment. * A positive work environment. * Payment via honorarium receipts. * Guidance from a foundational technical support team. * Opportunities to work on projects across various technology companies.
