




Job Summary: This role involves managing inventories, coordinating logistics operations, preparing documentation, and maintaining the organization of physical and digital files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and updates inventory information in Excel. 2. Coordinates receipt, dispatch, and tracking of products. 3. Prepares logistics documents and periodic reports. Record and update inventory information in Excel. Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of products or materials. Prepare guidelines, purchase orders, service orders, and other logistics documents. Track deliveries and freight transportation. Maintain organized physical and digital files. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other departments within the company. Monitor warehouse inbound and outbound movements. Support scheduling of delivery routes or product distribution. Prepare periodic reports on stock, purchases, and logistics movements. Verify that shipment documentation is complete and accurate.
