Positive work environment On behalf of our client—a company engaged in mineral exploration and exploitation—we are looking for a Control and Maintenance Assistant: REQUIREMENTS: Education: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar positions (mining or industrial sector). Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of heavy equipment. Proficiency in management indicators (KPIs) and analysis tools. Knowledge of maintenance planning (GMAO/ERP preferred). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment and units. Supervise and control corrective maintenance to ensure operational continuity. Monitor equipment performance using indicators (KPIs). Manage spare parts, tools, and services required for maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and established procedures. Lead and develop the maintenance team. Knowledge of sector-specific safety regulations and standards.
