Lead and support the sales team, strengthening their capabilities to meet commercial KPIs, while monitoring performance and providing continuous feedback, as well as supporting client management for strategic accounts. Ensure achievement of commercial targets for the assigned region through appropriate supervision and organization of the sales team. Drive growth of proprietary brands by increasing their share and presence within the customer portfolio. Expand the customer portfolio through proper route planning, continuous team follow-up, and acquisition of new business in the region. Supervise the collections process to ensure timely payment recovery, performing account statement control, deposit registration, compensation management, and maintaining orderly accounts. Identify business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market and propose strategies to increase market share and sales volume. Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as Credit, Logistics, Transportation, and Commercial to ensure efficient customer service and smooth operations. · What characteristics does the person we seek possess? Have completed secondary education as the minimum academic requirement. Be pursuing or have completed undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields, at least at the initial level. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or sales areas, with knowledge of customer management and goal attainment. Have at least 5 years of overall work experience, demonstrating professional trajectory and development.
