We are currently seeking a **Sales Supervisor** with experience in the financial sector, leadership skills, and goal-oriented mindset. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and monitor monthly sales forecasts and targets, verifying weekly and daily progress of assigned executives. * Undergo training and ensure compliance with the product’s credit policies and guidelines. * Analyze and organize the team’s daily operations, time management, and commercial activities. * Design and implement training and development programs for the sales force. * Provide commercial advisory support and coaching to the team to enhance sales projection and target achievement. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commercial or Field Sales Supervisor in the financial sector (**mandatory**). * Experience and knowledge of payroll-deduction loans and/or salary advance loans. * Experience in client relationship management. * Organized, analytical, proactive profile with excellent interpersonal skills. * Competencies in planning, organization, leadership, and team development. * Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, and coaching. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. **WE OFFER** * Development and training plan to become a specialist in financial products. * Continuous training. * Excellent working environment. * Unlimited commissions.
