Culture based on Safety, Quality, and Teamwork. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **IRRIGATION SUPERVISOR AND PIPE INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR** Water Reservoir Construction Project – Virú \| Agricultural Farm **IRRIALTEC S.A.C.**, a company specializing in agricultural engineering, technified irrigation, water reservoir construction, and hydraulic works, is seeking an **Irrigation Supervisor and Pipe Installation Supervisor** to join our team of professionals on a major project located in **Virú**. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one. * Market-competitive salary (to be discussed according to experience). * Work schedule of **21 days on / 7 days off**. * Transportation covered at **100%**. * Full meals provided during site assignment. * Accommodation covered by the company. * SCTR Health and Pension Insurance. * Complete and certified PPE. * Ongoing training in Occupational Safety and Health, and technical procedures. * Job stability and opportunity for professional growth. * Participation in large-scale projects in the agricultural sector. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and carry out the installation of HDPE, PVC pipes, and hydraulic fittings. * Coordinate pipe laying, alignment, leveling, and assembly activities. * Organize and direct personnel responsible for installation tasks. * Verify proper execution of joints using thermofusion, electrofusion, or mechanical connections, as applicable. * Coordinate hydraulic tests, pressure tests, and commissioning of installed lines. * Supervise the operation of temporary irrigation systems used during project execution. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Site Resident Engineer, Field Supervisor, and Quality Department. * Monitor appropriate use of materials, equipment, and tools. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** Minimum **3 years** of experience in: * HDPE and PVC pipe installation. * Technified irrigation systems. * Water reservoir construction. * Hydraulic works. * Irrigation systems. * Earthworks. Preferred experience in: * Reading and interpreting hydraulic drawings. * Installation of large-diameter pipes. * Crew coordination. * Thermofusion and electrofusion (desirable). * Hydrostatic testing. * Operation of leveling equipment and installation tools. Willingness to work in **Virú** under a **21 days on / 7 days off** schedule.
