Position Summary: We are seeking an SME Banking Executive to serve as the primary contact for clients, acquire new clients, and manage the portfolio, ensuring an excellent customer experience while mitigating risks. You will be the primary point of contact between the financial institution and SME clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients to join your portfolio, maintaining appropriate risk management, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. How will you make a big impact? Plan commercial and risk management activities for clients. Execute commercial and risk-related actions while safeguarding the customer experience. Generate credit proposals and manage balances within your portfolio. Implement risk mitigation and collection actions. Administer and monitor your portfolio. What do we need from you? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector as an executive or specialized professional conducting fieldwork in intangible product sales or managing corporate or business-oriented individual client portfolios. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of financial mathematics and/or logical-numerical analysis.
