Job Summary: Manpower is seeking an Underground Mining Supervisor for extractive projects, responsible for managing and coordinating loading teams underground. Key Highlights: 1. Join Manpower as an UNDERGROUND MINING SUPERVISOR FOR EXTRACTIVE PROJECTS. Your role will be critical in managing and coordinating loading teams, contributing to the success of our projects. Responsibilities: Supervise and control operational activities underground. Ensure personnel safety during shifts. Execute and verify proper completion of IPERC, PETAR, ATS, and Checklists. Deliver safety talks and instructions at the start of each shift. Coordinate with Shift Supervisors and Operations Managers on task execution. Report unsafe acts and conditions. Verify that work is performed according to procedures and standards. Other duties assigned by the Shift Supervisor. Requirements: Completed secondary education; technical or university degree in mining or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Underground Mining Supervisor. Experience supervising operational personnel in underground workings (adits). Practical knowledge of OSH, IPERC, PETAR, and mining procedures. Strong leadership and field decision-making capabilities. Availability to work under mining shift schedules.
